Remember to Breathe.

Every time we gather to meditate together on Sundays we begin with some centered and soul-full deep breathing. Every time we pray together, we take a connecting breath to first establish a sacred linkage, inviting the very Presence of God to be with us, to speak to us and through us. The simple act of inhaling and exhaling, holding and then releasing, is the core of not only our very life energy itself, but is the basis for any solid, sustaining personal spiritual practice. Join Rev. Adam this Sunday to continue the journey of internal peace and non-violence, remembering what it feels like to actually be peace itself, with each and every luscious and life-affirming breath.
