A warm greeting at the door. Space for quiet meditation, then a dynamic, Spirit-filled service. Inspiring music. Good snacks and a friendly group of like-minded people to chat with afterwards. This is our vision for Sundays at Unity in the City, and we'd love to have you join us.
We meet every Sunday at 320 Washington St, 3rd floor, Brighton, MA (here is a map). Services start at 11:00 AM, with a meditation period from 10:30 to 10:50 AM.
What to Expect
We've designed Sundays at UITC to be relaxed in feel—you are welcome to dress casually. When you arrive, a friendly person at the entrance will give you a program and answer any questions you might have. There will be tables set up with beverages and snacks for after the service.
We offer a guided meditation period starting at 10:30 AM, just prior to the service. This is a good time for quiet reflection and relaxing into the presence of Spirit (especially if you’ve had a busy week). During the service, you’ll be invited to sing with us and to get to know your neighbors a bit, if you are so inclined. The service will include a spiritual lesson and a brief guided meditation, in addition to music and healing prayer. After the service, you’re welcome to linger over food and get to know others exploring Unity.
